Cards, Rockies set to start four game series (Lineups)

The Saint Louis Cardinals (41-38) avoided being swept on Sunday afternoon after Allen Craig's big day at the plate when they beat the Pittsburgh Pirates 5 to 4.

Tonight, the Cardinals look to get a nice win streak going as they will be hosting the last-place Colorado Rockies (30-48) at 7:15 pm inside Busch in the midst of a current ten game home stand to end the first half and go into the All-Star Break with some heavy-installed momentum.
Although Kyle Lohse was selected to the All-Star Game yesterday, he has been exceeding most peoples expectations around Baseball Heaven. Josh Outman will be his counterpart as he will be on the mound for the Rockies.

Here is a quick glimpse at the lineup card that manager Mike Matheny put together for his defending World Champs for tonight's contest;

1. Rafael Furcal (Shortstop)
2. Jon Jay (Center Field)
3. Matt Holliday (Left Field)
4. Carlos Beltran (Right Field)
5. Allen Craig (First Base)
6. Yadier Molina (Catcher)
7. David Freese (Third Base)
8. Daniel Desalsco (Second Base)
9. Kyle Lohse (Pitcher)
