Westbrook, Cardinals look to avoid sweep (Lineups)

The Saint Louis Cardinals and new manager Mike Matheny are a group that like the lineups switched around an awful lot--and for today's game, there are no exceptions.

Entering todays game at 1:15 pm Central Time inside Busch Stadium, Pedro Alvarez and his Pittsburgh Pirates enter the contest just one game behind Cincinnati for first in the NL Central--while the defending World Champions come in at three and a half games behind.

The Cardinals, before there four game win streak last week, haven't been playing close to there best baseball--but with Jake Westbrook on the mound today, will be looking to avoid being swept for the first time this season against the Buccos'. Here is a quick glimpse at the lineup that was put together for the series' finale:

The game, as stated before, will deliver the first pitch at 1:15 pm Central Time and will be televised locally for Cardinals fans on FOX Sports Midwest.
